    Reg rectifiers

I gotta point out, because no one else did, that voltage is current times resistance. This is Ohm's law. Amperage is a measurement of current. Regulating voltage and current is only equivalent if the load is unchanging

    GasketKing

I needed gaskets for my Yamaha DT400C - at the time they were the only site to sell what I needed, but they wouldn't ship to Canada. Ended up getting it through their eBay store. Maybe they've changed their policy? Either way, good quality stuff from what I can tell.

    Yamaha did it - NIKEN

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but I am no fan of that thing at all. Also double everything to service in the front :( I'd much rather just buy a Miata to enjoy the road with, if I couldn't ride on 2 wheels

Broke down on 50. Between Ridge road and 8.

Love the attitude you have towards your experience. Sucks about CAA, but the rest seems really positive, all things considered

    Stripped screw removal

You could drill into the bolt with a left hand drill bit. If it still doesn't come out, use the extractor. You may have to tap it lightly with a hammer to get it to bite well

Where to buy copper bushes / bearings

Bearings Canada (https://www.bearingscanada.com) is where I go for all my bearing-related stuff. They may have bushings too

Audi no longer offering manual transmission cars in Canada

Don't know many millennials that could afford a new Audi. I am one, and drive a manual Jetta because it was literally the cheapest car at the dealership.

    1964 Honda S90

We have a new beating heart for the S90, a Piranha 140cc, courtesy of Keith at PhatMX. The bad news - the S90 uses a 3-bolt engine style. Pit bike engines are 2-bolt. None of the holes will line up out of the gate. The good news - the engine mount bolts on the S90 are be the right diameter, I...

‘Buck-a-beer’ to be available in Ontario beginning Aug. 27

Also CAD$1.25 today is equal to CAD$1 in 2005. Buck-a-beer is an arbitrary price that probably won't effect change. It's just pandering to the lowest common denominator

‘Buck-a-beer’ to be available in Ontario beginning Aug. 27

Domestic is 213 ml per dollar, craft growler is 157 ml per dollar at those prices and volumes

Selling a Motorcycle 'As Is' without UVIP

+1, this method is high risk for the buyer. The other way is low, mitigable risk for the seller

    1964 Honda S90

I haven't done much work on that front yet, but from what I hear on GTAM and ADVRider, it should be doable. You are giving me hope :D Thanks! I think I understand the principles behind truing the wheel, after watching videos and reading about it. Thread all spokes on the same amount, then...

    1964 Honda S90

I have been working on the wheels lately! This is how they came, I decided to try to re-lace them with new rims and spokes. I have never done this before, so I have a lot to learn Firstly, I cut off the old spokes, and threw them out with the rims. I removed the bearings and seals from the...

    Buying an incomplete project bike?

The thing about a project bike, if you want to continue the work, is you have to trust the other peoples work On the bike's I've worked on, I rip them apart to the last nut and bolt, and I've found enough shoddy work to make that a non-negotiable rule for me Keep in mind the price of new...

    Portable Air Compressors

I have been using this exact Stop & Go compressor for a few months, works well. Absolutely no complaints as of yet. I use a pen gauge to check the pressure after I fill, cause you will lose some air when you unscrew it from the valve

    what would you build?

Ahhh true! I didn't even think about the front brake I don't mind spoked wheels and tubed tires, but I don't have much experience so maybe that opinion will change? Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk

    what would you build?

I think the appetite for smaller bikes is growing, enough the manufacturers are paying attention. The Grom is huge, now we have a whole host of 300s which have shown up in the last few years. Even BMW! And to top it all off, Honda is bringing back the Monkey and the Super Cub to North America...
