Slightly odd and off topic, but does anybody in GTAM know where Ronnie Fung is? He worked at Cycleworld East for a while back in the mid 2000s and most recently at Snow City Cycle.
I've been trying to track him down with pretty little success.

As a ex-mechanic that serviced many (albeit older) Ducatis, I would be slightly worried that there is no characteristic "Ducati" noise.
It's been a while since I've worked on them, I don't know the S4R and if everything works/feels fine, just keep an eye on things.

It means that YOU NEED TO TAKE BETTER PICTURES! lol. Hard to see anything from your picture.
Dark and wet means running rich. Fuel rail may be stuck open, bad plug, bad plug cap, others can chime in.

It doesn't pull much data as it caches it and saves the info. A downside is that it will drain your battery pretty quickly if you leave it on for a ride.

I don't think I'll be tracking the bike... I'm going to be a poser from now on. I haven't ridden in 2 weeks? Working too much and starting work too early for me to ride (too sleeeeeepy in the mornings). I'll probably swap to a supermoto in a year or 2 to have a bit more fun and pay a bunch less...

If it was left out in the cold over the winter, the battery may have frozen which is not good.
