Been to Mt.St.Louis every week this season and they have complete snow coverage. A bit of a trek from the GTA, but worth it. Most other hills have some brown patches but Louis just keeps pumping out more snow. I usually go Wednesday/Thursday evenings to avoid people.

A couple corners on the north end were torn up and gravel on the the weekend, but they are properly marked with construction signs, so just take it easy there.

I would assume the nascar direction is because they heavily use the rear brake, meaning they need the right foot on the peg, not the sliding on the ground.
