I think what they meant, and what I see a lot of on the roads, is that if you're behind someone, as soon as you signal to pass you'll find them speeding up. Not sure why people do this. Similarly, even with lots of space, some people will speed up when someone L/R of them wants to merge in front.

This is a biased opinion...but def street twin/Bonneville over the duc! and the triumph scrambler is worth a look if that's your thing. ALSO, look at a 2015 thruxton, I know sturgess has one or two still left that you could get for a steal (wish I had waited!)

What I did was "request a test ride" from the manufacturers website and the salesman from the closest dealer (sturgess) contacted me less than a day later to set something up.

Something also worth mentioning is that since we use the metric system, our numbers will seem high compared to bikes south of the border. It's a mind trick.
