Dyno run videos from the FREE Dyno Day at DynoTunes, as requested!

And we were joking about my bike dipping into the 11's. That's a pretty crazy fuel curve. Yes, different dyno's will put down different numbers and even with SAE correction, different days will put down different number.

New Google Agreement scary or what?

So what I said is not patently false, you just want to clarify. Next time clarify without being so defensive.

iOS apps can have full access to your contacts list and more. http://9to5mac.com/2012/02/15/apples-ios-problem-contacts-uploading-is-just-the-tip-of-the-iceberg-apps-can-upload-all-your-photos-calendars-or-record-conversations/

New Google Agreement scary or what?

There is a fixed number of permissions in Android and some of them are fairly sweeping. In order to do some things that are really innocent an app can require a sweeping permission that gives it far more than it actually needs. There's nothing the developer can do about it. Google+ might want...

    Machinist Recommendations

Based on your location, if you can't find a smaller shop, Ability Metals should be able to do that. They are expensive, though. Brock/Bayly.

    The future of motorcyles

The first one is the Akira motorcycle. Works well in a cartoon, not so great in real life. Second motorcycle is just long with highway pegs.

    Do you downshift to first???

Different bikes have different gear ratios and different power curves. Peoples answers here will depend on their bike as much as anything.

A slightly complicated question about data tethering

Rogers includes tethering on all plans 1GB or over, except odd ones like Family. I've heard even if you have a Family plan they will enable it and split out your share to a specific phone. It's odd that yours would be enabled if you don't have a valid plan. I have a Family plan and tethering...

Icon Urban Tank Bag + rain = ??

I've never seen one with a rain cover attached. I just ride it in the rain as is. Spent two long 2 hour plus rides in the rain last summer with it and some paper got wet on the edge of the plastic top because I didn't zipper it up all the way. Otherwise it seems to come out okay. You might...

Toronto electronic parts store - need position jumper for barrier strip

Digikey charges and ships from Canada. I'm assuming the shipment centre is close, since I always get it next day.

Toronto electronic parts store - need position jumper for barrier strip

You can order from Digikey. It's going to cost you $8 for shipping on one item, though. This is the 5 position, but there are other sizes if needed. http://www.digikey.ca/product-detail/en/0380021288/WM4888-ND/2499975

    anyone own a protege5? feedback/reviews?

I still have a 2002. It's rusting. Right front strut went, air conditioning compressor went, gas pump leaked from the top, rear windshield wiper is dead, right rear lock solenoid is dead, EGR replaced, Rear brakes wear out long before the fronts do. I know there's stuff I'm forgetting, but...

Court + Police documents needed for Visa Application

I get there 3 hours before a flight to the US. Interview does not take that long. Mostly waiting. If it's the airport sometimes they will rush you along if you are late for a flight, but sometimes not. Seen people miss flights before.

Court + Police documents needed for Visa Application

I've gotten TN Visa's for 11 years. This is the first year without one, since I'm not travelling they put me on a Canadian payroll though I still technically work for the US Company. Got mine at the airport. It's pretty routine and for each job there are buzzwords you want to stay away from...

    Joe rocket helmets

Somebody else mentioned it, but without the quote. This article is outdated. The new Snell standard has removed some of the multi hit criteria that was so controversial in the old standard.
