I was just going to say who knew Suzuki could make the GSXR any uglier?? Also looks like they finally added passenger pegs to the RSV4 and Tuono RF.

    M2 to M Question

I got a quote of 1300 bucks on a ZX6 because I've had my M over 4 years which was a requirement for that company. Prior to that the best quote I was looking at was $1000 more which I still thought was reasonable. So it literally pays to get your M asap.

    Storing motorcycle for the season

Alright boys...it finally happened. I blew my engine less than 150 km's shy of 103,000 km. I was pushing it hard on the 407 and started losing power like it was turning off, dropped a gear came back to life for a few km's. Rode the 5 km's to the Keele exit and stopped at the Husky down the road...

    Bicycle Wheelie

pretty much...I clearly remember a case where a dude was piss drunk and pulled over on a bicycle. In the end cops couldn't do anything other than charge him public intoxication under the Liquor License Act. However had he been on an e-bike since its motorized he could have gotten a DUI under the...

Any companies insure 20 year old on a 750 cruiser?

yea, that's understandable but to an extent, and lets not call a 250/300 a crotch rocket, its about as much of a rocket as a 650 Shadow... New rider's sure...but someone 25+ with a full M licensed and insured 7+ years, 0 claims, 1 ticket, 100k km+ on a bike and refusing to insure it on the...

Any companies insure 20 year old on a 750 cruiser?

AllState wouldn't insure my Ninja 250 until I'm 30 because they said its a sportbike. I'm lucky if its got 25hp to the rear wheel...told the broker their rating system is a joke and completely flawed, didn't hear back. Insurers can't tell sh*t from shinola these days...

Any older riders get better quotes than Wawanesa for super sports?

wow!, I just got some amazing quotes from Wawanesa for supersports. Nothing else is really comparable. The closest quote which I thought was pretty good was almost $1000 more. 2010 ZX6R- 1300 2010 Daytona 675- 1368 2010 Ducati 848- 1434 I used 2010 as a baseline because I'm looking for...

    Wasp tried to kill me

damn...that's a big ****er. Had an underground nest in my backyard after digging up some dead trees, they were in roots/soil. Stung me a few times mowing the grass, I had no idea where they were coming from and I was afraid they'd get my dogs. When I did find them raid or any of the other sprays...

    Hamilton Rider Killed

Not going to get into the details but it seems the variables in a crash like this are almost always the same...its never just a random freak accident. Feel bad for the family...

Wanted 2009-2012 ZX6R or Daytona 675 RED ONLY

looking for either of these bikes in good condition and low km (less than 25,000). I don't know how much exposure this ad will get here but there doesn't seem to be many options on Kijiji, hoping someone may be looking to get rid of one over the off season. Ducati Reliability

If I can put 100k+ plus on a Ninja 250 riding it at redline majority of the time and chasing down supersports I think a Ducati should do just fine... Just yesterday I did 600km+ with these guys and old Red just doesn't skip a beat

    Anyone had LASIK?

when you say you'd love to ditch your glasses do keep in mind depending on your prescription you will likely still need glasses for reading. I'm in the industry and we deal with lots of patients, 99% of whom have good results. Its a quite simple procedure, only 10-15 mins per eye (crazy...

    Dead bike :(

So I guess the Ninja 250 is still the best of the bunch. I'll sacrifice a few ponies and some tech for bulletproof reliability...its a beater bike anyways.
