I assume you're talking about the driver that passed her on the right and then stopped in front of her.
She only did 110 km/h in the right lane passing some other vehicle and not pulling right back to the right after doing so...or at least not fast enough for buddy who was driving right behind...
Metrolinx (GO trains&busses) is a provincial crown corporation...we're all paying for it...that being said CN owns the infrastructure. The only tracks owned by Metrolinx is the Stouffville line.
LOL well like I said, I grew up there so I experienced it first hand, that's why I know about it.
I think that's the problem, nobody with the vision/plan in charge.
I agree that public transit in the GTA is a joke.
Not quite sure why you say it's too late though.
I grew up in Brussels and still remember when opened the subway opened in 1976, they've also continued developing it with the last extensions added as recently as 2009.
...and no tolls LOL
Looks like at this point a lot of 'experts' are offering their opinions...will have to see what city council ends up deciding I guess.
The other big question will be...how are they gonna collect the toll?
I wasn't aware that they already decided that this is gonna be a flat toll.
In that case, I agree, things are gonna get worse rather than better.
