What kind of faucet is it? Delta? Moen? If it's a Moen, there's a plastic cartridge inside that needs to be replaced. If it's a Delta, there's two or three O rings that need to be replaced. When these items wear, you get leaks. YouTube is your friend. Very easy repairs.
