    GP bikes service department

This place is really hit or miss I guess. I bought my bike from them in April, which was a great experience. I was a demanding guy, and they met all the criteria I laid out for them, all while smiling, and treating me well! Just had my first service done at 1000 kms. They squeezed me in when...

    Support from close circle/ friends?

Life is much to short to worry about "status", and those that don't support you. Surround yourself now with like minded people, and be who you are. You've got to little time on earth to worry about what others think and feel. Worry about yourself, and you'll soon find you're surrounded by good...

200-400cc dual sport for big rider?

I've ridden off road a lot. There is a reason the KLR is cheap and easy to find. Everyone who buys one to enjoy offroading, quickly discover they're crap off the road. To heavy, squirrely, and for they're engine size, under powered. I've tried to like this bike, but to no evail. I find it...

Noob questions (they go better in pack)

#1 I always gear down through the gears. You never know, the light may turn green before you get there, and if you've already gone down to first, you now have to find what gear you need for the speed you're going. #2 Not quite sure what you mean #3 Is this your radiator fan you're hearing? #4...

    Ducati Diavel Classification????

This bike is a cruiser through and through. Just because it posts big numbers, doesn't make it competitive with a super sport! I imagine the Harley V-rod posts big numbers too ( the bike the Diavel is gunning for ) I don't think anyone would argue that it is a super sport.

    Ducati Diavel Classification????

Don't think my Monster was built for stunting. It may be easier to create a stunt bike from it, as apposed to a Panigale for instance. But I don't think Ducati's engineers set out to make a stunt bike. I only pay 990$ a year for mine. 39, M2, live in Acton.

Opinions vary. I don't think the growth or development of either is stunted in any way, ie, retarded.....

Dirt and track courses for street riders

Any sort of formal training is going to be beneficial. Everything you learn from an offroad course, may not translate to road riding, and vice versa, but the important things like bike control will. Training on slippery surfaces, will prepare you better for when you hit a patch of gravel on the...
