Lemme know when you're going!
BTW, +1 on the foggy. However, once I got my wired mic kit for my Scala, it was incompatible with the foggy since they both attach with velcro at the same spot. Also +1 on the pinlock visor.
Heated grips are the first line of defense for hands. They're always on...
I remember working in the darkroom developing film and prints. I used to bulk load as much Ilford FP4 into a film cannister as I could. I think I could fit 42 or so shots? Ah the memories! Cutting out shapes for dodging and burning and doing test strips for correct exposure. And contrast...
How are you lubing your chain? I spray the part of the chain underneath the swing arm. I spray the top part and aim from front to back. I put a piece of plywood on the floor and a rag on the belly pan for the overspray. I haven't had a problem with overspray on the tire.

Interesting. I would imagine it would be okay for bikes with less horsepower. Put that on a litre bike and those few teeth that are there are going to get bent real fast. It stretches the chain less because only 10 teeth are pulling on the chain at a time. Personally I wouldn't put this on my bike.
What highway speeds are you dong?
On my F2 I'm at 6K RPM's at 120 kph. My old ZX-9R (may she rest in peace) did about 5K RPM's at 120. My current bike does 5K RPM's at 120.
