I would check your fuel pressure if you can for a clue . If its low it will cause the above issue .. Look up the correct reading and get a gauge , I have no idea if yr bike has a test fitting on the fuel rail or not ..

I would check your fuel preasure, they are also know for crappy pumps, I ended up replacing my pump with an aftermarket one ..

First step would be to research the part number and see what it fits … Maybe the seller really did take it off the bike he said, but some one had retrofitted it on somehow ..

They work very good on aluminum , good on thin steel, just ok on .125 steel
