For me when I bought my 10 gixxer,I did the paperwork first so the dealership got their money and then I inspected the bike. As you mentioned...odo should be close to 0, make sure it starts, no scratches. Other than that you're all set.
As for delivery, I got someone else to deliver the bike...
Solution... Right turn, then u turn, then right turn again...problem solved
No need to make a big deal about weight and all that nonsense...otherwise drive a car.
Opinions... to sell the gixxer or not... its a 2010 gixxer 600
and use the funds to help buy a 11/12 STI wide body sedan.... this car is so badass...
Damn... the decision
For sale: used black 2010 ninja 250R fairings for the left and right side. Both have damage. Left fairing has noticeable and large break in plastic. Right fairing has small cut in fairing however in very good condition.
$300 for both or 250 for right, 50 for left
...my new board!
Picked up a new board at the ski/snowboard show over the past weekend...anyone else pick up anything nice?
I'm rocking a 2011 Burton joystick / 2012 Burton mission / 2011 Burton ruler boots
Anyhow, time to winterize the Gixxer and put on some snows on the car!
A ducati is like the ferrari in the car world. You can't compare the bikes. Comparing a 1198 to any Japanese liter bike is like comparing a GTR and a 438. Sure The Japanese can beat the Italian, but you can't beat the detail, build quality and exclusivity of the Italian.
