Searching for a drug, and possibly dental combo insurance, for my mother. So far Costco seems to have a reasonably good drug coverage under manulife. Dental not so much. Any recommendations for plans/companies? TIA

On second thought, I wouldn’t mind only using first gear in the city. I’m actually that lazy that changing gears is not necessary for an bike experience. The online insurance calculator said I would be paying only extra $20/month on the fz1 with Intact insurance. Stopped by GP bikes today...

Thanks for feedback. I don’t plan on long touring in near future but it’s definitely a drawback with lower fuel range, and luggage overall.

I actually looked at similar fz6, in blue colour too, before buying mine brand new. The fz6 has more horsepower than the fz6r. I can’t speak for the 2007 model, but newer ones like mine don’t have great throttle response after 160. But won’t need much in the city, more like long touring way out...

How long did it take from claim to solving?? They told me they have higher claims volume now. I’m impatient.

Thanks. I haven’t bought a used bike outside bike shop before. Probably not buying that particular bike, but not excluding bikes outside Ontario. The fz6 came from BC.

… so perhaps I should buy and lock in a rate for another motorcycle before this claim gets registered???? I thought about a court instead of insurance, but it would be more complicated and tedious, and lengthy. I haven’t heard anything from insurance, with Echelon, since reporting on Friday.
