I'm about to buy a used bike but I've noticed a bit of rust on the lower part of the exhaust. It's not overly worrying but I'd like to clean it up just the same once I take it into possession. What's the best way to go about cleaning this? Dish soap + steal wool? Something like Nevr-Dull? After...

Sweet, they quoted me $800 a year, and said that getting an M2 and taking a safety course wouldn't even affect the rate. Strange but I'm not complaining too much, that'll save me over $600.
