Who is successful selling their used bikes this spring?

Actually not much has changed with the bike. It re-launched in 2009 as the G650GS. They updated the styling, and added fuel injection, but it is otherwise mechanically the same, although the engine is now built in China instead of Austria.

Who is successful selling their used bikes this spring?

Budd's BMW didn't want it. Something about BMW only wanting bikes of a certain age available at their dealers. Evidently they couldn't even put the '07 F800ST that I bought on the showroom floor.

Who is successful selling their used bikes this spring?

I've been trying to sell my bike since November. I have it priced under what others are going for, except for one that has significantly higher mileage. I've had a few tire-kickers, but not much else. http://www.kijiji.ca/v-sport-touring/markham-york-region/1999-bmw-f650/1157390582

I'd be interested. The Harvey's in front of Home Depot on Yonge St has a good sized lot.

    1999 bmw f650

Spring is here, the snow is gone, why aren’t you out riding? I’m selling my 1999 BMW F650ST. The F650ST is well known around the world for its solid reputation, flexibility, and quality of build. The single cylinder 652cc, Rotax-built engine produces 43hp and 39 lb-ft of torque. It is...

Vintage Suzuki Bike Parts - Where to buy? Good Online Canadian Websites or….?

When I was at ORPS parts in Newmarket, he had a catalogue from a Canadian company that does reproduction parts for vintage Japanese bikes. Apparently they're an old school operation with no web presence, but had a good sized catalog. Sent from my XT1064 using Tapatalk

    Need a new battery

FYI, Motomaster branded power sports batteries are made by Yuassa. They even use the same part numbers. Some people swear by the batteries at Walmart because of the warranty, but I can't personally vouch for them. I agree with everyone else, you won't find one for under $40. Sent from my...

    BMW f650st

I wouldn't say that it has been any more or less expensive than any other Honda I have owned. If you take it to the dealer for service, then you are paying BMW car rates for labour, ($130/hr last I checked), but the price of parts is on par. The F650ST is carbureted, and pre-dates the CAN-BUS...

I reposted my kijiji ad... All the consumables, ie...

    BMW f650st

It's a great bike, the Rotax built engine is completely bulletproof. Aside from the regular maintenance stuff, the only problem I ran into was a faulty voltage regulator, but it's common issue with this model. Parts are easy to come by, and surprisingly not any more expensive than the Japanese...

Getting your unplated bike to the shop

When I bought my bike in the fall I called the ministry ahead of time, to confirm the process, despite having a "fit" title, they still wouldn't issue me a temp sticker. Clerk and manager were insistent that it couldn't be done for a bike. I had the pages printed off the website explaining the...

    New Bike!

Re: New Bike... that I got when I traveled back to 2007 in my time machine! It's a Madstad screen. I admit that it's not the most attractive part of the bike, and I was going to put it back to stock, but after riding with it a few times, I'm definitely going to keep it.
