No, at MTO you pay the higher between your declared price and their wholesale price, i think its RST or something. So unless their wholesale price is that low and i put my declared UNDER it, i wont be paying that much.

Does the dealership only need insurance in the case of a finance? What if i buy the bike outright cash money, do they still need insurance to transfer ownership? What if i dont want to insure it until spring time and tow it home? What if im buying it as a track bike?

Does insurance cover theft for the amount you write down on the MTO bill of sale? so if it does get stolen or destroyed they will only pay you out what you wrote. is this correct?
