I have some DoubleTake mirrors on mine. Was at the Ganny yesterday and folded the mirrors out of the way. Since you don't yet have handguards, if you go with the highwaydirtbikes.com setup, you can get integrated mirrors that fold away.

Have you checked out the RotoPax offerings? You can mount them to a variety of side racks so they'll be low and tight to the bike. Something to consider.
