Slight bit of hijacking, but thinking of apps - has anyone tried any of those "hotels right now" type of thing? Usually I book ahead, but wondering if there was any price/benefit from getting rooms at the 11th hour.

Assuming I still had the income, I would be in Europe as much as possible. One day's ride and you get ocean, mountains, plains (if you like that) and amazing scenery. In other words, I would be out of Ontario ASAP.

Captain America was riding a Harley (of course he would, what a BMW?) but I actually thought it was annoying he was doing so in NY, without a helmet. NY being a helmet required state. So Cap is a law breaker. Who next, Iron Man?

Not the type then, as I'm not young or inexperienced, and have a sport-tourer. I imagine if all I ever did was tool around town, I wouldn't have that bike though, as it's happiest munching miles on tour.
