2-Stage snowblower with electric start, they are self propelled and easy to handle.
The non-honda brand are very affordable now, and last a long time with basic upkeep.
if you have some spare money, buy the honda tracked unit. They will outlast you.
I've done a few of them ; you have to take the time to prep and double and triple check everything.
I also do lots of 'small' things to have long term reliability.
Suzuki's / Kawasaki's are a great platform . If you stick to more of main steam model , they parts are very accessible.
Suzuki parts are very interchangeable between years and platforms ; with plenty of people who purchase /crash them.
They can be fixed almost anywhere in N.A.
sounds good ; tore the bike apart to do a refresh...then realized I need parts.
Parts are here now...but backed up with other work...so it sits in the corner.
Bought the WR so I don't have to fix anything....I shouldn't have never taken it apart....I knew I would be backed up again.
I am not made of money....so this is what I am doing for my little WR250X...(https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.1673185086059652.1073741968.997675950277239&type=1&l=6143735d16)
Using this one made of chinesium to see how well it would work.
Just dealt with this issue on a '08 gsxr 750, has about 42k on it.
The shift sensor is going bad in it.
Took it all apart and cleaned it (owner did not want to replace it)
Here is what the sensor looks like, and it lives behind the front sprocket cover
the connector is under the tank...
Its hard to find a Corvette for that kind of money...but if you up your budget a bit more...
you can buy a nice little C5 corvette
They are at a all time low for the condition of car you can get, simple V-8, simple manual trans.
Simple chassis. and you get a LOT OF car for that money.
I have the black one , as well as the original blue version.
The black one is garbage, i hate using it, the front wheel keeps getting stuck in there and its hard to unload.
The blue version that I have looks thicker - its held a lot of bikes in place.
I have one in the back of the pick up -...
It shouldn't be a huge deal to rebuilt.
I can source seals / orings from a local supplier.
As long as someone is making a DL oil seal for those forks - it should be quite possible.
