Nothing wrong with people coming over and improving their lives that's being Canadian. Problem is when those people bring their problems with them. They live off the generosity and spit in our faces. Not all but some do.

I spoke to my neighbour. He said magna is looking to move out of Ontario. Large increase in costs and labour along with Trump rhetoric is making US more appealing. He is the sole provider of his family and worries about his future.

What do you check in the references? New immigrants don't have many connections. Canadians are entitled and if they live in GTA I don't want to rent to them. Outside of GTA they are amazing!
