Watch video of the track/layout. Just go out and ride it. Tail someone with more pace for a few laps. If I am watching video I try and find a racer, the faster the better. Random trackday rider videos are a real crapshoot in terms of lines and braking points.

RaceChrono or Harry's Laptimer on a cheap android/iPhone with an external gps receiver works well. But yeah, don't worry about lap times at a track day. I don't even use a lap timer much racing.

I respect some of the cool **** he has designed over the years but he really needs to just stop.

If you have everything it takes under 15 minutes to swap. Hardest thing for me to find was a second SM rotor.

What size is it?

For whatever reason I decided to watch Godfather 3. I had always heard it sucked but I needed to find out for myself. It had been a while so I watched Godfather 2 first. Solid film. Then on to Godfather 3. Turns out everyone is right. It is pretty bad. Now I know.

Everyone is different. I've never really been one to get nervous before a race. I did like his insights on the lap by lap situations because that is 100% what goes through your mind while you are racing. It's all off the cuff strategy.

Whatever works. If you got those for a good deal it's all the same. I got a set of S rims for $500 with rotors and everything. Only downside is running the SM front rotor offroad as it's kinda big, but I never dinged mine on anything.
