Yes, highway its fine, 100km/h cruise control will get me about 900km. Its the leak in the muffler that is effecting the km drastically. Hahah. Ill look into this eAssist bicycle stuff. Thanks for another option.

Found another guy. Ended up winning my case, ticket gone. Took about 15min in a consultation around 11am on Monday, that afternoon around 3:30pm got a call and its all taken care of. Paid the man and moved on.
