LAPD confronts Call of Duty 'Ghost' statue in tense standoff

I doubt this is real. No cop in their right mind would find this funny. Sounds like ployed together viral marketing. And I've never heard of Polygon News or whatever the hell this website is called.

    Skills to Learn

    1) Not group riding with people you meet at Tim Horton's 2) Not meeting at Tim Horton's to go group riding with people 3) Keeping your bike shiny for the ride to Tim Horton's 4) Don't spill coffee/iced cap on your ride so it's still shiny when you leave Tim Horton's 5) Remembering to bring paper...

Chain Cleaning -- what kind of gizmos or manual cleaning methods do you employ?

I spin the wheel free hand and keep an eye on what i'm doing, spinning the wheel backwards. No chance of losing any digits. I'm terrified of doing any chain maintenance with the engine running. Not just that, but if you have kids in your neighbourhood/pits/house... they like to touch spinning...

Can anyone recommend a good powdercoater?

Yeah I know... just saying, it's more work with the measuring and accuracy needed. Less paint doesn't mean lower price.

Can anyone recommend a good powdercoater?

Don't forget, it's easier to coat the whole rim than it is to coat specific parts...

    Motorcycle maintenance after rain?

Let him ask questions. You may have heard the question 100 times but he has only asked it once. No one complains about Corsana's random trackday threads. He's basically TAFB's replacement trackday thread creator. But let them ask away. That's what this forum is for.

Who's doing Racer5 weekend in June?

No more tent for me! Box trailer.... it probably won't change temperatures as much but at least it keeps me out of the elements. No more wind or water. Round 2 beside the onion field's chain link fence during a thunders storm wasn't the best place... but didn't have much choice due to the...

BTW... Fawaz/Racer 5 is the only school that offers a learn/license/race package that includes fuel, instruction and assistance all weekend. You won't get an independent race class at any other school. I took Phase 5 last year and it improved wonders, I wish Fawaz was around when I did my...

Forgiveness denied. Less talking, more riding.

    Ouch

You probably would have gone airborne if you went straight. Btw... all the above comes with experience. With enough practice sessions and being passed by Aubrey and Scott, you'll get used to a random motorcycle appearing out of nowhere lol Get more seat time, notice who shows up beside you...

    Dyno Recommendations

Dynotunes is ****. I would rather deal with John McBride than Bruce. Here's my experience with them last year: I gave them my motorcycle 2.5 weeks before SOAR practice weekend and explicitly told him when I needed it. The wednesday before my Friday departure I call because I didn't hear an...

Don't do TMP's intro to track school. It's great for someone who doesn't know what they're doing... I took it. But after I took a REAL school, TMP's is peanuts compared to it. Go to a proper trackday and get some proper formal instruction for the day.

    Ouch

There's a video somewhere from 2 years ago... one rider got bumped right before any breaking marker..... full throttle.... basically broke the bike in half. I think the rider only fractured his forearm. He raced the next day on a loaned bike and made podium.

Suzuki got it all wrong, or I've lost my mind

So bring the front up? All manufacturers do this. Why? So if they're too light, or too heavy, they only need to change and re-spring either front OR back. If you're in the middle, you wouldn't have to adjust anything. For street riding, they wouldn't need to be spot-on with rider...
