Is that not completely supplanted with current smart watches where the tools are configurable.
I admit I loved my Movado as a bit of useful art but ,,,

Now THAT is a slow burn ....grabbed the book...was not paying as much attention as the series deserves but intense look at the Burma...
Decided not to go for a long ride today despite the perfect weather. Have a catheter problem which cannot be resolved until next Tuesday when things re-open. Would mean very frequent stops so while I might go for a short ride but 400+ km not in my interest.
Had another 3 hours sleep tho always...
Planned ride to Palmer River Roadhouse and maybe a steak sandwich.

but ....depends on how much sleep I get.....and it is the beginning of the dread 4 day Easter...
Thought I had seen this but don't recall a thing.
Really liked the cast and have not seen Leelee Sobieski in a long time.
Quite a different look from the buxom lass in most of her movies like Eyes Wide Shut.
Retired now as mom.
Hard to believe LeeLee is 41 and Kidman still doing nude stuff...
Tried another modular but reverted to my old C3.
My trick for any helmet is to fill the speaker spot with 5 ear plugs in their bag so it bulges the fabric cover just a bit,
Damps the resonance the speaker cut out causes and provides some pressure on the IEM for a good seal.
The C3 is decently...
So much nicer riding weather.

Was actually chilly last night at 21c for sleeping but got a good long sleep as a result.
Thought about a long ride today but will wait until tomorrow as traffic is already on the heavy side with the 4 day weekend already on the go.
Get out early tomorrow ...mebbe...
Rewatching Dunkirk
Incredible production values both visual and sound on Prime.
Damn what a great movie. (y)

Have not seen this is a while.
Good cast
I would often leave at 5 or 5.30am ( some times earlier as never can sleep before a long trip ) and blitz my way to the turn west near Sudbury with a stop for coffee and an Apple Fritter near Parry Sound.
That usually puts me well ahead of other traffic going north....then go until you want to...
My missing Instrument Cluster revived itself yesterday and came on fine this morning. Cancelled the order for the new one. If it fails again I 'll know where to look as apparently there is power getting to the unit.
The cluster is in three sections so I imagine I can open it up and do some spray...
What a sweet start to the day
Off to buy lunch for my former riding buddy who just got his drivers licence back. He had some seizures which made him stop riding and he lost his licence.
He's back on the road but will not ride again. He's done up my new watch and I owe him a steak sandwich...
About to get wet ...hope I get break later in the morning to get the Apple Watch to buddy to get sorted.
Got watch to buddy and had indulgent cake and banana smoothie. Stayed mostly dry.
Biggest surprise was fired up the bike and after all the hoop jumping the original cluster just started...
Vaguely crossed my mind going up the Gillies that I had not kept track of mileage.
Missed my connection with buddy and came lazily down the Gillies...got within sight of the main highway to Cairns and the bike stuttered....that felt like no fuel.
Kept the bike going enough to get to the service...
