from what i remember when i took it there a few years ago the drills they make you do are harder than the test itself. keep in mind though that there is a time limit for each section. some people failed because they were too slow.

they are in the city, actually just down the street from where i work. sometimes i dont have time to go all the way to whitby or sauga just to check out gear or parts. every time i go there rocky, andy, and roger are friendly and respectful. prices are pretty much the same as any other retailer...

snow city can get asv in but really expensive. i was quoted about $170 per lever. the unbreakable pazzos he said would be under$250 for the set. still leaning towards asv though

agree 100%. better to map out route first then focus on ride with map in your head. it would really suck getting caught looking at gps while something was happening around you.

another vote for teksavvy. to the op, if you want wireless internet you can connect any off the shelf router to the modem your isp gives you. the combo modem/router units have poor wireless performance.

also had the cl-16 as first helmet and it was loud. riding with the bell vortex and it is a lot quieter. look for something with a chin skirt and more encompassing neck roll. really helps with noise reduction. plus the transition shield that i just picked up for it is sweet. dont have to bother...
