I have the shoe as well. Love it. I have plantar fasciitis and it is terrible. I have been wearing orthotics since I was 13. Hip dysplasia at birth doesn't help but I really enjoy the shoe. I don't wear my footbeds in them and I can't complain.
My paramedic students team and I are doing Tough Mudder this year. As said, it's the 10-12 mile. I am least looking forward to the electrocution part. I started training back in September but this month I have really stepped up my training. I got a work out designed by a friend of mine in an SF...

"I know what you mean, I play COD"
"I'm a Leafs fan"
My own grandfathers both served. One was infantry with the Irish Regiment of Toronto. The other remained in England.
I was too young to know the over all significance of what they did, especially since the one who spent his time in England on account of his early passing.
My other grandfather...

Bought the bike at the beginning of this year. Rode it for one season...
The truck is an 05. Has 80km on it. When I did some research I encountered that going 3" was kind of the gray zone area. It's interesting to see how fractions in measurement can make a big difference. Everyone who has had the same issue said the max they'd go is 2-2.5" as you did.
Either way, I...
I love my truck but I learned the hard way about doing it the right way.
I opted for the big tires and a leveling kit. I did just a tiny bit of researched and asked a few friends. I should have done more.
As I am sure many of you will take a stab at me, the point is I learned from my mistakes...

I'll be honest. I have always wanted a nose job. A break in a skiing accident when I was young left a permanent sclerosis on the bridge of my nose where tissue overlapped. You can barely tell but I notice it and of all things, it's always been the one thing I let get to me about my body. I...
