The average commute return is 70 minutes for the GTA - 16 km each way. - even the weakest EV works weekly let alone the ranges coming out now.

Yep Canada is challenged for solar but wind is woefully under developed and Ontario has a solid nuclear base, Quebec immense hydro plus the cold weather is also a challenge.
Many houses like ours have no heat source at all.
Canada generally has to have energy and housing for 4 seasons .....tho...
Australia likely just a step ahead of Canada in the EV rush ....combined with the crazy home battery surge.
No automotive industry to protect and maybe higher hydrocarbon fuel costs here...

and in further news ...the Sennheiser headphones came back to life :rolleyes: ....switching between them, my kids old beat up Beats and the no name behind the neck that I use for riding sure shows up the sound quality and BlueTooth range/features. Momentum 4s remain in the top tier for good...
