My wife is buying some every month. Overall she's down a little. It's down about 15% from her first buy last November. DCA means overall she is down much less.
Not stocks per se...buyer beware when given promises of easy returns...

Hopefully it's not a complete scam. There are a lot of red flags in that mess. Individual investors buying individual dwellings through one guy and managed by the same guy. Yup...so hands off they don't even know who is paying the rent.
It's going to get very dirty for many of these speculators.
