On of the last cases Mrs. Gaoler worked on before she retired had to do with a convicted female child sex offender... Producing/distributing p*********.
Upon completion of sentence the offender was to be deported to New Zealand... Mrs. Gaoler was liaising with the NZ authorities with regards to the repatriation of said POS.
Everything was going along fine until the offenders family/sponsors found out the exact nature of the offence(s).... Once they knew, they withdrew all support so the poor ol' **** was left with no one or nowhere to go to other than into the arms of New Zealand Department of Corrections.

Another steaming pile from the Supreme Court. A decade of liberal appointees have swayed the balance all the way to insane territory.

The case in question had hundreds of images of children under six being raped and sodomized and SC found minimum sentences unconstitutional. Like politicians, are they worried that lack of sentencing flexibility may result in personal consequences for them in the future?

EDIT:
F me. The minimum sentence was ONE year. I'd be entirely ok with the minimum sentence being sodomized and raped for a year. Justice system has completely lost the plot.
Didn't JT like them young?
