Thanks for the pictures as it brought back a lot of memories. I used to go to Americade with my HOG chapter and had a blast. I saw the change from mostly Harleys and Goldwings to a mix of everything over the years participating Americade. Its always a treat to park on the main street watching...

Didn't know they are still around, I have taken my RDLC there back in the 80s but they used Leitner to weld the crank and blue print the engine... Not sure if they do 2-strokes anymore, the RD needs a tune now :)

I am using the stock R6 coolant bottle and mounting it at the right engine case inside the fairings, works well so far. i have tried using a cylinder type bottle in the tail section route but because of the angle, it is not working as well as I first thought.

try a plunger first, and if it doesn't work, use the snake... Home depot has the answer!
