If i remember reading correctly, if you can prove that he missed the court date and it wasn't your fault, you can still get another court date. There are others here who are definitely more knowledable than I, when it comes to legal matters. Hope they chime in.

I really do like the Plasma picture better, however, I like the LG passive 3D a lot. There plasma's suck so i would only buy one of there LED TVs. I sometimes have movie sessions at my place where I have a few people come over so the passive glasses are a lot more economical.
