Never tried with the motorcycle specific uhaul trailer, but the 5x9 with ramp does the trick with no issues.

Does it make it impossible to give too much throttle in a corner? Won't high side unless you slip on something? I know you can pretty much panic brake in a corner and you'll come out relatively ok. Pros and cons? Never had a bike with a 6 axis imu, wondering how it would be on the track.

All the skills you learn on a 125 will be transferable to 600cc+ bikes. Trailbraking, body position, lines, etc. would be more or less the same. I went to the go kart track on a mini bike around 10 times this year and it has definitely helped me when I go to the big tracks.

The brake fluid and the coolant should be changed every two years. However; if you just want to get the bike running, I would just let the buyer know that it hasn't been done yet. When I buy a used bike, I'll do the oil, coolant and brake fluid regardless just for the peace of mind.
