    I highly doubt there will be any rate changes due to the rebranding but if you want to make double sure just instruct them to stop the current policy 5 days earlier and start the new one for Nov 5. There will be no issues.

    Absolutely. Huge difference between 29 and 30, and should automatically apply at your renewal time. There are also age markers at 21, 25, 35, 40, 45, and 50 but age 30 is probably the biggest one. How many years of moto experience you have and the license class also helps.

    The M2 doesnt matter at NFP as they know that as soon as you pass the course that M2 is coming and you earned it so they can get you those M2 rates right away. You dont need to wait the 60 days though of course you have to still play by the M1 rules on the road until you officially get the M2.
