Is that what that tool is for? I may be showing my ignorance, but I always thought that was for seeing if your axle was perpendicular to the chain?
And my two cents on chain rivet tools, buy a halfway decent one, don't trust your life to pot metal.

Found some tools today on some Ganaraska single track (Friday July 30). Thought I'd give someone half a chance at getting them back before they become part of my tool kit. Let me know what they were and we can meet up.

You're probably looking at sandwiched 2x8's or LVL beams supported by several 2x4's on either side (depending on the span). I'm not trying to make it sound too simple, but wanted to remind you that you may find some wiring in there that will add to your cost once the walls are opened...
I think I have a simple answer for you. Do the same.

The plug cap is the hard plastic boot that sits on the spark plug itself. The wire from the coil connects to the plug cap in different ways, most likely twist on. Like Cody said, you need a solid connection in there to get a good spark at the plug.
