Has anyone tried the Bradley smokers? I'm debating on what to buy or just do a really cheap smoker while I learn how to smoke sausages and such that I'm going to make from scratch. The book I got shows how to build one using a couple of cardboard boxes... shows other more costly, advanced...

I just read this and had to post a view that you as a male will hopefully understand. You inherit your grandfathers motorcycle, a Vincent Blackshadow. You take it to the bike mechanic that has done plenty of work for you in the past with no problems, and you trust them. Its not a restoration...

So the Hubby, says "Honey you gotta read this..." I get to read the post about the member's wife whose heirloom jewellery is melted down and the posts from some other members. To the one who said basically get over it, its just jewellery. How would you feel if you took your grandfathers...
