That is my thinking. It seems the only issue is the safety and that having to be tied to a VIN. Mechanic can't find the VIN on bike...only the old Manitoba replacement identity label. Mechanic says he has to safety to an ID number so used that. He'll correct safety cert with VIN number if one...

Ontario ownership is already branded as Rebuilt. The 17 character VIN on ownership starts with 1 though, not RBLT if that is what you mean. Multiple prior Ontario owners had registered bike as far back as 04.
