Its every couple months from what I've noticed. I've also noticed that some big sales happen after the no tax events so be sure to keep your reciepts. Keep an eye on new sales since they will likely be better than just saving the tax

From what I've read/heard, Accelerated Technologies is one of the best around in our region. They will be switching my forks to adjustable cartridges early April. Price seems pretty good from the get go. Downside is how far they are.

Pretty much this. Get the M1, do M1 exit course. Then buy the cheapest and lowest cc bike that qualifies as a standard motorcycle and ride that for a year. I saw a huge drop in insurance after one year.
