    VRRA at Calabogie

Thanks Brian. That makes perfect sense now. I would imagine that Calabogie would be much, much more expensive then Shanny or Grand Bend. Its probably a great track for mixed class racing, bigger grids and multiple wave starts as its so long. It really gives the field time to string out. At...

    VRRA at Calabogie

Love the VRRA. I have a bit of a passion for old race bikes from the 60's and 70's. I use to race with them back in the 90's on a 500 Triumph. Lots of fun +1 on the comment above about Marshals. I also use to do corner work with the CRCA. They are a great bunch of guys and give them a wave as...

    I'm Back

Hello, Its been a while since I posted. The company I worked for in Toronto went under a few years ago, so I went "walkabout" with my wife for a while. I then ended up doing some consulting with the company that had bought the assets, so I spent the last year or so in Cambridge MA. I though I...

    Bank Recommendations

I don’t have a lot of time to post but I thought I would comment on this one. I’m retired but spent my life in software engineering and process control and I’m helping out a company in Vancouver at the moment. Their goal is to try and enable services for people in second and third world...

Any GTAM'ers own an electric vehicle?

That’s an interesting point. There is Zero, but so far the big 4 bike companies have been realitivly quiet about plans for Electric models. BMW Have the C but it’s more of an urban scooter. It will be interesting to see what happens on 2 wheels

    General Motors Oshawa to Close

The Ampera-E seems to look so much better. It’s the Opel version of the Bolt but has a much nicer front end

    General Motors Oshawa to Close

I just bought a used one. I’m a member of the APA so it was one of their recommended EV’s. I never though that I would ever buy an EV but so far I’m surprised. I like it and have no problem using it as a primary car which was one of my big concerns I think styling is like any other small...

Any GTAM'ers own an electric vehicle?

I just came back after some time out of the country - and no I wasn't in jail LOL - and bought a used Volt. I have to say so far I love it. I'm on a fixed income now so counting my pennies :) I was in Europe for 9 months and Volt's and Prius are everywhere. They seem to be the 2 best selling...
