Ive had my M2 for about 2 years, started with a 2008 250R at about 2200 a year. now riding a 2009 CBR600rr and i can tell you the insurance is much more but its not over 5k. I have 1 speeding ticket about to come off in march and i turn 25 in april. this is with statefarm.

Ok I have for sale the LTD fender eliminator for a 2007-2012 CBR600RR. this mounts the plate above the tire hugger and includes a plate light and wiring. Unfortunately I'm using the flush mounts it came with unless you have the OEM ones from 2009 for trade...
