Ace Moto Tech in Milton is damn good..35$ a tire if you bring tires and guaranteed scratch free, and no Eco charges for disposing of old tires.. IMHO you get what you pay for

Most shops could do it, I'd recommend Ace Moto Tech here in Milton though, from personal experience. Might be a few members with their own welders, but your fastest bet would be a shop.
