You've ever contacted Honda customer service? I visited HONDA factory and what I can suggest is, don't give up on HONDA before you contact customer service and talk to the manager. Just my 2 cents Cheers

As a rule, you go where you look. The cop car should stop back at exit of the turn. This will decrease the risk of crash at the turn.

Cops should watch this and learn where to stop in regards to Public Safety. The rider in this video was very lucky that there was no coming traffic. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oBTGgT_V5F8&NR=1

People have different experience with different dealers. I never had a problem with them. If I had any issues I would go and talk to Sam in person then SUZUKI Customer service! Well, it's just me. Cheers
