Here is the new to me machine.
America. Terrible name but, great middle weight cruiser. Easy to manage around the garage and toot along the parkway with my little lady.
The Givi hard cases don’t really match the bike but, are functional. The T100 had a little more growl from the peashooters. This thing is quiet!
Kinda dig the two tone paint scheme and and the beach bars style is different than anything else I’ve ridden. I have ridden a similar year Speedmaster that had more of a straight bar style.
Back to forward controls. Takes a minute to get used to and need to plan ahead for any switch back turns while napping.
I tend to switch things up in the fall for some reason.

I’m going to look into removing the America sticker actually. The ownership has the model as USA.
Maybe that was the reason they wanted to trade? It’s a nice ride so, I’m gonna let it go for now.
It’s only the right side. The left is a battery cover with the Union Jack.
It’s not really a big deal. But, I’ve been a little more patriotic. My grocery getter is red with a Canadian flag on the rear hatch and the T100 was red and white and added a maple leaf.
See if you can source another cover and use that to make it 'Canadian'. Hang on to the original for when you are done with it.

How`s your freehand painting skill? Get some gold paint and a fine brush and stylize "Sucks" below the Union Jack. Problem solved.
Very nice! My only experience with cruisers is the Rebel 500, but that looks like a mighty fine ride!

My wife is a bit desensitized from the change over in the garage and doesn’t really show any interest.
She popped in from the garage and asked, “When are we going for a ride?”
Grabbed her gear and went out for a tour today and she was all smiles. She asked, “Can we keep this one a little longer than the last one?”
You betcha!
Some early impressions.
It’s very comfortable for a cruiser. I’m only 5’8” with a 30” inseam so I typically fit most bikes well.
It’s pretty nimble for a cruiser. It’s more the ergos that make it challenging if you want to get a little swazy with it.
Very stable at speed.
From a guy that has owned and ridden many HD Sportsters, this is hands down more comfortable and capable.
Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder and understand cruisers are not everyone’s cuppa.
I’m already searching for things to make it my own.
Looking forward to checking out the fall colours this season.
