The face spikes probably break DOT approval. They definitely make it illegal in Canada and I assume DOT will have similar issues with weapons attached to the helmet.Not a bike....

I think people with a dui conviction or careless/dangerous causing death should have a nazi helmet spike on their airbag. They can choose not to drive or shake hands with the devil.
