Province forcing an end to the whole thing.

Instead (?) they've made the junction between Forks of the Credit Road and Scott St (Top of the hill exiting town to the north) an all-way stop. I'm sure the tremendous amount of traffic in and out of (dead-end) Scott St totally justifies that.
