Good retailer... I think they have probably the best website for any purchases... pretty much got my entire starter gear from them.. shoes, helmet, jacket, gloves...
their return process is also great.. ordered an exhaust from them and didnt' fit.. they just ask me to submit photos to show them that's its not be installed then took back and within 1-2 days of reciept gave me refund back....
A lot of things to rave about with them... customer service is great.. if u give them your phone number.. when you call, the rep will already know who you are....return process is great...
Only things I think they can improve on... I think they are the only one that doesn't do no GST sales? WOuld love to see if they can do it...
Website, while its good to others, sometimes, its still hard to use... for example... for Shoes.. there are no filter by size and in stock... often times you have click to a shoe that is right price but not in your size or in stock.. vice versa...
and love to see the filter search have some granularity with ECE/DOT/FIM/Snell safety as far as helmets goes... 22.06 is out and for the life of me... I can't use the search bar to see which helmet they carry has the ECE 22.06 standard...
but all in all still the best retailer in Canada..
When I was looking for new hear I also used revzilla.com for research purposes.
Their site is also really good and they have a an in-depth video review of almost every product on their site.
My purchase and refund experience with F9 has also been great.
I sent out a Revit jacket (2 season model ) for replacement under warranty as initially suggested by their CSR, and ordered its replacement that I would get a refund for. I got a call a few weeks later that my jacket was repaired and ready to be shipped back. I had already ordered its replacement as they initially suggested, along with some other gear as it was around black Friday (Pants and a 3 season jacket).
They checked their notes and said, although their initial instructions by their CSR were wrong, they would stand by them and honor the new replacement instead of a repair. (Jacket was supposed to be assessed and repaired if possible, instead of replaced)
Since I preferred the 3 season jacket, I asked if they would take back the new 2 season replacement and honor its value/credit towards the 3 season one. They agreed.
AND, since my 2 season jacket had already been used for 1 season and even though it was now repaired, I knew they would not be able to sell it as no one would want a used jacket from a retailer. I wanted the option to have just a summer jacket so I offered to by it back for half price, They also agreed.
I feel like it was a good process and I was happy. I'm thinking they were satisfied as well.
