I've got an update today from Canada Post. After 3 1/2 weeks the package that contains one pair of gloves and one backpack was refused (no reason given) by CBSA and it's on its way back to US. Based on my request, a service claim was filed by Revzilla three days ago but that had no effect whatsoever. I gotta say ... it blows! On the other hand Revzilla doesn't want to refund my purchase 'cause "the shipment hasn't been delivered back to them yet"??! WTF? I guess I'm caught up in Revzilla, CBSA, USPS and canada post BS so next time I might look for another currier option while shopping there. Their customer service rep told me they can manually process Canadian orders and ship via UPS because with online checkout, USPS/Canada Post remains as the only shipping option.
