This guy is the very definition of 'short man syndrome' aka the Napoleon complex.
I feel sorry for little buddy though, being surrounded by overgrown jack ***** who just goad him into losing his **** so they can laugh at him.

I agree with you that the a$$hats around him shouldn't do what they do... and have likely caused the situation.
BTW, Napoleon wasn't short... history portrays him that way for the same reason those guys pick on the little dude. Just to belittle him (pun semi-intended).

There was an interesting program on the history channel that said he was much taller than the average French man at the time who was around 5'4".
The reason he looked small is that he was always surrounded by the Imperial Guard. One of the requirements to be selected for the guard was that you had to me a minimum of 6'1"
