Does it work? Anyone have used them? Sounds like they would damage the rims.

Ride on tire sealant works better and also handles punctures. Stable on bikes over z rating, self balancing. Stable at any speed to top speed, no vibration at any rpm/speed.
I have used it in my bike for 3 years already. Kahuna used to sell the stuff.

Try that with dyna beads, lol As long as the bike is moving the sealant keeps the tire inflated to get home.

This, I do not understand the need of using beads? Balance the damn tireI've heard mixed reports. Seems like the touring / casual riders swear by them, the sport riders swear at them. IMO balance the wheel properly, that always works.
This times a zillion. Wtf is wrong with people. Just do it properly the first time. It's not like it's very difficultThis, I do not understand the need of using beads? Balance the damn tire
Have been trying to buy online. For the last 4 months, or so, says sold out. Are they still in business?
Nobody local stocks this?
Order online, they will send it up to you. Or buy it on Amazon, I always buy a few extra as the stuff can sit in the bottle for years. A little tip if you get some, heat up the solution in hot water before trying to squeeze it into the valve stem.

Ride on I bought some at RD
Dyna beads I have used them and on a cruiser where speeds don't get up that high it's ok on a much quicker bike I didn't like the shake at speed.
Just balance the tire.
If you use that stuff make DAMN sure you tell the person who changes your tires after you use it!!! A lot of them WON'T change your tires if you tell them you have that stuff in it.Ride on tire sealant works better and also handles punctures. Stable on bikes over z rating, self balancing. I agree that it does balance your tires really well and also protects against punctures near the middle of the tread. I wouldn't recommend it for people going over 200km/h.
This is what I've used in the past with great results: http://www.canadiantire.ca/en/autom...ves-sealants/slime-tire-sealant-0095068p.html
