Who is this loser??

Our speed limits are artificially low. Everyone knows that. When I took young drivers many years ago they told us all that and they taught us to drive above the limit because you are a hazard in Ontario if you are going exactly the limit.

As for that hwy 10 remark, I take that on occasion. My favorite vehicle to get behind is a cop. Was behind one the other week that never got below 120 all the way from Brampton to Orangeville with no lights. Tailgating like crazy, too. Got away from me at one point because I didn't feel comfortable matching his 160 in an 80. There was also a few spots where it dropped to 60 and he blew right through that at 120. If it's so dangerous why do I see cops doing those kinds of speeds up there half the time I use that road?

I do find it surprising that traffic on that road often exceeds 110 although I get the same on Allen Road through Toronto. There's something about a 4 (or more) lane, perfectly straight, road that gets people speeding. Probably because there's no real safety issue that would make you go slower.

I love all these negitive comments typical GTAM mentality until YOU NEED a cop, after a cager tries to kill you, or some fool speeding hits one of your loved ones.

The other part of the story on CP24 was that the citizens on that street had ASKED for increased enforcement as their children were in jeporady due to the ever increasing speeds, (one woman stated it was now common for vehicles to be doing 80 - 90 km/h along that section, based on tickets issued). But FTP, till it is you or a loved one involved.

Interesting.. I used to live on that road years ago, and the noise from Arseholes reving their Harleys or muscle cars was really annoying. I can see residents asking for more enforcement there. Will be interesting to see what happens *when* they catch this rider.

Perks of their job I suppose?

Yeah, you drive from Montreal to TO on the 401 and do 120-125 and it seems you are way over the limit.. come in to the GTA across the top of the city and you're getting passed by people 150+ lol its always been a funny experience

If and I mean if they get lucky and find him/her I'd say they're in for a world of pain. Likely never to ride legal again.

Except that this is not the situation that happened with the cop and the motorcycle in High Park.

In any case, they have a bike model and a year. How many of them can there be in Toronto or even in the GTA? With any luck this dickwad rider will soon be skewered on a spit rotating over a glowing coal fire.
They have the following info: black Honda CBR 600 ... how many of them are in the GTA? In Ontario? Probably thousands. How could they actually find the bike? Also, it is possible the registered owner was not the rider at that moment. I don't think it is going to be easy.

Of course hitting a cop is wrong! If he had just ran (and not ran him over) then most of the arguments here would've been valid. i.e low speed limits and cash grab traps to fill a quota and even worse is the 3 years of insurance dry fisting people for a stupud 15kmh over ticket. These issues are all too real and sickening.

But you dont run a police (or anyone) over to avoid a ticket. there are some nice cops out there if you look really really really hard.

Not if the driving suspension comes as a result of a Criminal Code conviction. Then even the e-bike will be off limits.

Adrenalin on the cop and Adrenalin on the rider. Now that it has reached cp24 and the collective mind of gta, expect a increased patrol targeting sport bike riders. Take it easy out there folks.

They'll be at L&L looking for a one mirrored black cbr :D

Dumb cop meets SQUID, whats new.

Now everyone who has a black helmet and owns a black cbr will be pulled over and beaten down for investigation purposes.

Brightside: Now is probably a good time to get a killer deal on a black, single mirror cbr!

Funny that you say that and mins ago a black 2007 cbr 600rr is for sale and comes with a black helmet for $500 bellow going rate lol.

There's also a black 125 with a broken mirror! Lol

Definitely.

Maybe, but in the MTO records it is most likely still a black 2007 CBR with a registered owner at a given address. Just have to visit those addresses one by one now, to check out the condition of the bikes at those address, same as any other hit and run.

Same thing happened to me...dumb son of a ***** stood there dressed in all black waving his arms like an idiot. I thought "who the hell is this retard running out on to the street", by the time I realized it was a cop I was a good distance past him so said **** him, I'm not going back with my tail between my legs or waiting here on the shoulder while he runs up to me only to hand me a fat ticket.

I was on my 250 but **** him still...he wasn't catching my *** that day.

Oh yea, then there was the ******* who clubbed me across the face with his baton claiming I "ran over" his foot. This guy is running a speed trap hiding across Erindale Park like a sneaky little *****. Jumps out on to Dundas to pull me over while I'm on my way home from UTM. I was tailing the car in front of me so I slow down thinking he's pulling him over, turns out its me he's after. I'm in first gear and decide to roll up to him literally by just letting the clutch out, no throttle.

This prick pulls out his extendo and cross checks me across the face popping open my visor and almost making my bike fall. I caught it between my legs and then he's trying to pull me off so I get into a little battle with him just to put the stand on and get off my bike without dropping it...bottom line he's the type of that needed to have his *** run over. ****er pulled me over again 3 years later too...:lmao:. His name is G. Middleton big fat ugly bald porky son of a *****. Peel traffic supervisor out of 11th division, usually in a SUV. If he ever pulls any of you over tell him the rider on the red Kawasaki says quit being a prick.

Sometimes these guys just think they're heroes and need a reality check. When they're running a speed a trap they're required to wear a reflective vest which they never do because they want to be sneaky bastards so **** them when they decide to run out on to the road in front of live traffic.
