i wanted to get eat/sleep/ride, but I haven't updated to iOS 7.

Me neither actually, but you could always log into a ios7 device, start the dl and then cancel it then go back to yours and it'll force you to dl an older ios6 version.

New Garmin app has offline maps, $1 until July 13th, $2 after that. There are some in app purchases for premium features but offline maps is included in the regular price.

I use City Maps To Go every now and then. Offline map reader with good coverage. I use it on my 3G ipad without data as it has a decent gps chip in. You download maps ahead of time. Maps and app are free. The maps cover countryside too.

I dont know if there is an app for it, but I know there are GPS POI's that contain the locations of all motorcycle dealerships; some are categorized by manufacturer / state / province
